• Maintain lobbies, entrance, conference rooms, common hallways and stairs

• Vacuum carpeting, paying close attention to edges, corners and door jambs.

• Sweep and mop floors and stairways

• Dust all horizontal surfaces

• Empty waster receptacles and recycle bin, and replace liners (we can provide paper products and liners or use yours)

• Clean employee cafeterias and/or kitchen areas

• Clean, disinfect, sanitize and deodorize restooms and locker rooms

• Wash windows inside and out, or just spot wash entry glass

• Shampoo carpets with truck-mounted or portable machine

• Prep, strip, seal wax and polish floors
