We have to excuse folks for asking what we clean. The answer is everything, but we appreciate and also understand why they ask, and that’s because many other cleaning outfits have exclusions to what they clean.
The truth is, we get a good laugh from that!
We get a charge out of that because our attitude as pro cleaners is—and has always been: if it’s dirty, we clean it. Dirt doesn’t choose where to go. It goes everywhere.
So in order to track down and remove the dirt (and germs and grease and grime etc. etc. etc.) you really NEED to go everywhere too.
Once you surrender to that concept as we have, that’s when the skills really start to get sharpened. That's when you look at mouse infestations and go: meh... It's when you come upon a hoarding situation and it's a challenge... Then there's the routine one-time cleaning calls we get all the time—many of whom turn into regular customers. Then fast forward two-plus decades to today, and you see in our procedures a host of cleaning routines that are practically choreographed to target and terminate the enemy dirt… and germs and grease and grime etc. etc. etc.
